Every Friday at 1pm, we stop work and homeschooling and boogie in our houses. It’s really important to get away from our desks and move our bodies once in a while. You’ll feel brilliant afterwards and even be more productive when you get back to work. Plus, it’s a fabulous way to welcome the weekend.
